Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Clean surface from dust, oil, and loose particles

• Damp concrete surfaces to SSD condition
• Clean and grit blast steel surfaces

Application Method

• Primer Coat: Dilute with 20% base product
• Coverage: 1 kg per 3–4 sqm
• Final Coat: 1 kg per 1.2–1.6 sqm

Drying & Curing Time

• Touch Dry: 2–4 hours
• Partial Cure: 12–24 hours
• Full Cure: 48 hours

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging: 20 Kg (custom sizes available)
• Shelf Life: 12 months
• Storage: Keep between 5°C and 35°C in dry conditions
