Chem AEA 192 is formulated for use as an air entraining & water reducing admixture for concrete of all types and is manufactured under rigid control which assures uniform and precise performance. It should be added to the mix independently, not combined with other admixtures. The air-entraining agent increases concrete’s resistance to frost and deicing salts, reducing surface scaling and concrete failure. Entrained air bubbles form a stable, cohesive mix, which reduces segregation and bleeding. They improve workability and produce a dense, uniform surface free from gravel nests and sand runs. Excellent air bubble stability allows use with a wide range of aggregate qualities and mix conditions.
