Chem Bitumen is a cold-applied, solvent-based bituminous primer. It is formulated with oxidized bitumen mixed with petroleum solvents and additives, complying with the ASTM D 41 standard. suitable for use before applying modified bituminous membranes or asphalt coatings: Waterproofing & Damp Proofing: Ideal for roofing and structures above or below ground level. Bonding Enhancement: Penetrates concrete surfaces to bind dust particles, helping the adhesion of membranes and bitumen coatings. Weather Protection: Protects metals exposed to various weather conditions.
